Your Role as Care Manager
As a Care Manager at Pamikyx Ltd, you will:
Lead Client Acquisition: Negotiate and secure private care tenders to expand our client base.
Deliver Quality Care: Oversee the coordination and provision of tailored care services that meet individual client needs with dignity and respect.
Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business while maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensure Compliance: Assist in care planning and maintain CQC standards, including supporting the board during inspections.
Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care solutions.
Monitor & Report: Maintain accurate records, monitor client outcomes, and provide updates to senior management.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: A proven track record in senior care roles, client acquisition, or private client tendering. Experience in dementia care is a plus.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales abilities paired with empathy and patience in caregiving.
Knowledge: Understanding of CQC standards and care management practices.
Qualifications: Relevant caregiving or nursing certifications are advantageous but not essential.
Work Style: A self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.
