Right now, our Live-in Care, Support Worker and Senior / Management teams are full. That's a good problem to have — it means our carers are staying with us, and our clients are being looked after by people who know them well. If you were hoping to join one of those teams, please don't be put off: roles open up regularly, and we'd genuinely love to hear from you.

Where we're headed

We started Pamikyx with a simple belief — that people deserve to live well, and with dignity, in the comfort of their own homes. That belief still drives every decision we make.

Our mission is to get there the right way — by delivering outstanding, person-centred care every single day, investing in and uplifting the people who deliver it, and growing a service that always puts people before profit.
